never eat sweets.
Occasionally I have dark, 80% chocolate.
May sometimes have a pudding at the weekend and prob have an small ice cream one evening a week.
Never, ever drink fizzy drinks, do drink alcohol bot only at weekends.
Normal calorie count per day is about 1600 max (ignoring the alcohol at weekends)
Have salad most nights for tea and fruit for lunch.
AND I'VE APPARENTLY GOT PREDIABETES and rising cholesterol, although they are still, if I'm careful, reversible.
