Ummm..... do a routine....

Designate 1 day off per week for long walks in the country.

Designate 1 evening per week for a swim.

X number of sit-ups each morning and evening.

Park your car a bit further away from where you work.

Cut booze down to just Friday & Sat nights.

Only have 1 takeaway per month. Last Sat of each month to treat yourself for being good.

Veg soup each day for lunches.

No fruit juice or fizzy pop drinks. Instead have fizzy water with a slice of lemon or lime.
