Question on financial fair play .....reference Quarter Pound of Rubbish

QPR were expected to have made a huge loss last season above the permitted ?8m total on the FFP... Good !
But, did they ever get fined for that ? and if not will they ? I know there was talk of it, but all gone quiet.
