Right. I've got a TdF question too.

On Sunday, after the two lead riders and the pelican had passed, there was a break of a couple of mins, then another small pack of riders (mini-pelican?), then a gap, then another small group. And then after that, a single rider on his own, but he was slipstreaming the f**k out of a team support car. The car was trez rapide, and the bike must have been six inches max behind it.

That can't be on, can it? Is he just allowed to do that because he was so far behind and trying to catch up with the pelican?

Otherwise, why doesn't Lance Armstrongs or whoever's winning just get his mate in the car to drive in front and give him a slipstream all the way to the end?
