Makes me think of my favourite acronym in computing (and it's actually not really computing). And it's an initialism, not an acronym I spooze.

RHC. "Rubber Hose Cryptanalysis." The art of beating someone with a rubber hose, until they tell you a password. If you can't break the cryptography, break the person who knows the keys. CIA style. Lovely euphamism for something dark and nasty.
