before and after the game, and are escorted, with a police cordon, from the coaches to the stadium, and back again.

An Ipswitch fan living in Norwich would have to travel to Ipswitch, get on the Ipswitch cabbage, travel to the game, watch it, then get back on the cabbage, travel to Ipswitch, and then travel back to Norwich.

And there's no exceptions, because you can't buy proper match tickets, you simply buy a voucher which gets exchanged for a ticket on the transport.
