Police might prosecute for sexual assault, she might in the alterntive bring a private prosecution for sexual assualt, but she can't 'sue' for sexual assault.

Now she'd probably have a valid civil claim for something or other arising out of the circumstances of the sexual assault, and the chap might not be able to come up with a valid defence to that claim, but to be quite honest I can't be arsed to think about it as this is only WOTB and no-one is paying me to do so
