I did a charidee firewalk all in the name of charidee.

A bit of a mind-over-matter hyper-psyching session, plus the science of why your feet won't catch fire and you swiftly spontaneously combust, pre firewalk.

Go out, head up and just do it.

The sense of achievement afterwards was palpable. It's still one of the greatest things that I've personally done.

Look in to my eyes......... doooooooooo it!
