The behaviour of the middle - laner is totally inconsiderate

& a reason why so many people don't use the slow lane, even when clear.
You know that when you do get near the inevitable lorry the t**t in the middle lane will stay there, despite the outside lane being free.
Personally I use my eyeballs when in the middle lane to observe if the person inside is likely to become boxed in &, if clear, am ready to move into the outside lane.

It's called being considerate (or, if you prefer, not behaving like a c**t).
