A good effort

But Italy deserved the win, as some of our defending was piss poor. Not good enough at this level, but that is about the best we have (other than the Cold debate) so no point slating anyone. They pretty much did their best.

We actually have some talented and exciting players emerging, which is great and makes such a change from muck like Ashley young.

But I reckon that score line is about right, in terms of where we are against the best. Close, but not good enough defensively.
