Not sure what it is because I can't view your pic at work, but

If you select:

Help > Troubleshooting Information > Reset Firefox

You then don't have to uninstall it. I have issues with some conflicts with Flashplayer and it just freezes, and the above seems to fix it, I then just re-istall Flashplayer and Ad Block Plus and away I go.... until about a month later and it happens all over again.....
