The wrong guy is in charge for starters.

Hodgson is a typical FA man. Nice guy, deals with the press well etc or In other words the safe appointment.

His most recent club record is hardly inspiring before he got the job. Failed at Liverpool and had WBA mid table.

I thought to get the England job you had to do things out of the ordinary to be considered.

Obviously not.

It's more the FA I hate than England probably but they've drained away my passion for supporting the national team by choosing safe, boring appointments rather than getting the best man for the job.
