If it's Barcelona, I can recommend this hotel

Was about 7 or 8 years ago, but it's a fantastic boutique hotel with an amazing roof terrace. Not ridiculously expensive either. Went Mon-Fri to avoid the weekend stag/hen parties.

Seville is a great city too.

I don't know anything about cameras.
