Hello Jumbo, are you there? 8th June 1978 was An Awful Day

What an awful, awful day! I feel terrible, really depressed! The exams today were so aw (crossed out) horrible (I won't use the word 'awful' again!) Ow! It's not fair! I was at least expecting to pass in History and now I've failed, I know I have, I just couldn't answer any of the questions well enough and I just waffled! The French was horrid too. I've done it so awfully!

Anyway, went babysitting for Anthea (?1) saw a film called Carousell or something - but not spelt like that! I had such a headache. I've never had such an awful test/exam in my life and I want to do A level History. As DM might have said had I told him this "Ow!"
