No - here's what you can do

In the airport get the "airtrain" to Jamaica Station. Pay $7.50 to get the train to Penn Station. Walk from Penn Station to Grand Central (it's a lovely walk of about a mile).

Or you could get a cab from JFK for $45 + tolls. It'll take you longer, though.
