Jeez. Some riders seem to struggle more than others with this kind of thing

Bit crazy really. (And they've got some serious descending to do today - that's when bad weather really bites. Will be fascinating to see if they actually race, or if there's some kind of riders' agreement to neutralise, for their own safety.)
