RE Great Yarmouth, what should happen...

1. The train station is in a bad location that isn't near to either the town centre or the port.

Move the train station to the port and then there could be trams going up and down the front between the port railway station and the racecourse.

Moving the railway station to the port will mean that freight companies will want to use the deep-water port (that has never been used) as it would be ideal for getting freight off ships and straight onto the UK railway network. Vice-versa is true and would reduce export costs for many British companies.

2. Change the gambling laws for Great Yarmouth to match those in Las Vegas. Huge Casino companies would then redevelop the town and turn it into the Las Vegas of Europe. This would also attract passenger ships to the port.
