RE Yarmouth / Las Vegas
If the gambling laws were relaxed for Yarmouth to be the same as Las Vegas then the Vegas casino owners would quickly buy-up Yarmouth and completely redevelop it. It could become the Las Vegas of Europe. That is what Yarmouth needs to become.
