Agree, need some top quality coaches now to help him out

I actually think Adams is a really promising coach as it is, but to have to manage things without support from equally impressive coaches will be tough.

Calderwood and Trollope weren't exactly particularly encouraging - my faith was in Hughton to turn things around (given his previous record at other clubs) not those two!

Would feel a lot better if we do manage to get Culverhouse back - let's hope somehow McNally can get it sorted - seems possible with the whole fall out at Villa recently....

Also, I could imagaine Adams and him being open to working together, I imagine they were both employees at the club during the successful Lambert years anyway
