Everything seems to be black and white with you. Because Guardiola did well, Adams is the right appointment for us? What about the many who have failed in the same position? I went through the reasons why Pep was likely to do well and why I thought it was different to our situation. We'll have to wait and see whether it was the right choice or not.

I'm not doubting Neil's coaching ability with young players, just whether experienced ones will want to play for him. I just hope we are playing the long game and are trying to bring in a philosophy throughout the club.
