Don't they have the same playing style/ethos from kids to first team?

So probably makes sense for them to go with Guardiola or Villanova, who know the club, style and players inside out, when they bring through so many players through from La Masia. Maybe that's what we're trying to do but not sure we have the set up in place yet?
