Positive approach

What I have liked about Neil Adams so far is that he sounds positive. He is talking about attacking teams and scoring goals again. Hughton would praise the opposition before the game setting a negative vibe which was taken onto the pitch. It was like he was making excuses incase we would lose. Lambert's side showed that positive approach can get that injury time winner again and again.
Let's hope he can install that belief into the players again
