Looking back, I think I gave myself the ultimatum the second Hughton was fired

because it was exactly the same as Roeder and Gunn

I know Neil only got 5 games, but if he'd have stayed up, he'd have got the job, and if he'd have relegated us, I would have questioned massively their judgement for giving him the job on relegation. So I thought on relegation "surely they won't do it again? All that money and all the resources available, surely they won't do it again?"

That's the huge thing here. They've learnt nothing
