OK, so Neil is the boss.....In a funny way, his plan worked vs Chelsea in a "Kevin Spacey/ House of Cards" type of way.
He proved he could get a result against a superior team and manager.

Regardless of the manager its clear we would have to have a big clear out this season.
We have way too big a squad for the champs when you can loan quality players in when you need them.

I don't agree with the decision but on the other hand I trust the board. They have earned my trust by their actions and good work since LG1.

They will let Neil do the job but I think he will have a really short leash. If its not going well they wont wait like they did with Hoots.

I actually really like the presser. I thought all three said the right things and they seemed to genuinely mean it.
