I was disappointed at first but having seen his interview & had time to reflect

I like what he has to say, clearly he has respect of a number of the players and without doubt is a good tactician, what he needs is to be able to strengthen the squad and get that togetherness back.

He cares more about this club probably more than any manager since Stringer... that should count for a lot

He's no Gunn and there is no magic formula to appt the right manager but he has my 100% backing and although i'll be missing a lot of games at start of season i'm already looking forward to it
