I'm not an expert but...

they used to, they had a general election manifesto in 2010 which included things like a flat rate tax system (35% I think), making the circle line circular.

however Farage has epically flip-flopped and called that manifesto 'drivel'. there has been no replacement, so at the moment they are a one policy party. referendum on the eu. which is a clever tactic because it doesn't alienate their original right-of-tory core OR their more recent disaffected worker support base. however, it will be interesting to see how they play it next year. My guess is keep it vague in domestic policy terms, and keep the focus on the EU because 'all the laws are made in Brussells anyway'
