although I'm not sure how much respect he retains. I think alot now hinges on the TD post with a an inexperienced manager. I would have been happy with an in house appointment along with a manager who's been about a bit, but now it probably needs someone who's had a role in recruitment before. probably someone we've never heard of but who has good networks and know how. or STEEEEENO
