Nie', let's get some 'characters' in

The last two times that we have been relegated from the premiership we have got rid of the 'characters' in the dressing room, ie Ewan, Malky, Grant Holt.

We need someone with a 'bit of something' about them. The team needs a mix of skills and a mix of personalities. Our current squad is too nice.
