For me, it's kind of a fresh start anyway.

Adams' job last season was entirely shaped by one particular short term imperative.

For me, he'll be a new manager, making holisitic decisions, with the squad that he wants.

A very highly thought of coach, with age-group success.

He certainly wouldn't have been my choice but I am content that he was the board's second choice (not bottom of the pile) and that they have good reasons for appointing him.

Onwards.
