This decision is exactly why...

We'll never make any real progression as a football club. I think we're a biggish club with such a small minded mentality.

The 2 problems for me are Delia and MWJ. They never have the balls to make important decisions when they are really needed. (Mcnally got rid of gunn, Mcnally lost a board vote to get rid of hughton earlier in the season)

This appointment has Delia written all over it. We've gone from one 'nice guy' to another and it's why we'll always be small time.

I'm disgusted.
