Hughton's learning curve.

We've all learnt from every job position we've had. Sometimes it doesn't work out how we had hoped and we move on.
The next one we take we're fortunate to have the experience of knowing what not to do thanks to that last one.
So, if Hughton does well at his next club, NCFC will rightly take credit for it.
But NCFC should never feel that they made a mistake moving him onwards and upwards.
Mostly, you can't fill that big a hole you dug whith the same people around you who you forced to fall in to it.
