What you do need in any organisation, and what was missing on the playing front at Norwich during the last two years, is a 'good cop bad cop' set up in a management team. A senior boss (football manager) to respect but fear, and a line manager (first team coach) to put their arm round you to motivate you and tell you how wonderful you are.

Could be an ideal scenario, if it's the two Neil's?
