Well, Woodward would completely disagree with you

He thinks it's all about training for specific high-pressure situations, so you do the right thing when it matters.

He may well be right, in that it would make us lose less shoot-outs, but like I say below, I can't imagine the clubs ever incentivising their players to make that commitment, given the clubs themselves wouldn't benefit. And they pay the wages.
