Tried everything to get to sleep and get into a pattern but nothing has worked! Seeing doc tomo bout it (reluctantly) and will prob be given sleeping tabs which I don't think is the long-term answer
my sleeping clock has got used to staying awake until 5am ish and then waking up at 7:30.All i want to do is sleep! Its not like I'm stressed about anything but really anxious for no logical reason. When you're sleep deprived I guess it mucks with your head.
