If its "complicated" as Delia says that would imply not Zola
would also imply possibly not Malky unless the complications revolve around the other jobs available or maybe even him wanting to bring someone with him and needing to sort out contracts etc.
My wishful thinking is that the " complication" arises from the fact the proposed manager is currently employed.
