That's not what we need. I agree with Winged Eel Creosote - we need to develop our academy

and coaching structures, so that the PL becomes sustainable. Unless we look that far forward, we won't make any lasting progress.

Ironically, I think that CH would be a good technical director, in charge of development. We also need someone very experienced charged with scouting and building the squad, and someone in charge at the weekends. Getting 3 people to work together like that in football would be an achievement, but it happens in the real world.
