just don't see it happening and would be seen as arrogant and unfair.

actually my local team in Chile face this same problem. Arica got promoted in 2012, went down in 2013 and have just won promotion this year. Same manager in charge for all of it...some fans don't want his contract renewed as they don't think he has what it takes to manage in the top division and is just a promotion specialist. I'm torn on it, he did look hopelessly out of his depth last time though.
