Yep seen all eight seasons. It's good, but you're gonna get annoyed how short the episodes

are

Basically some of the things you've listed are slow and detailed. In most episodes of Criminal Minds they get the profile and the background stuff out of the way quite quickly, and then find the killer pretty fast as well

That isn't to say it's not good, it's very good. It just seems to me that the writers target an audience in the US who can't concentrate for more than 40 minutes at a time

If you want a great series about serial killer profiling, get complete series of Wire in the Blood on dvd. It's only about 12 quid for 20 (90 minute) episodes. Easilly in my top 10 TV ever

You won't go far wrong with CM though, good tv
