Mackay might well turn out to be another Hughton. Cardiff fans were less than impressed with his defensive tactics. He also was blessed with oodles of cash to get Cardiff up anyway. Despite finally being solvent I'm damn sure we are not in a position to throw around the type of contracts Mackay had at his disposal at Cardiff.
So Lennon has secured the Scottish Premiership. What does that prove exactly? His managerial experience in a competitive league is zero. Massive gamble.
