Malky or Lennon would be OK

We are going to appoint a competent candidate, whatever. Both are more Alpha male than Chris Hughton was, which on balance I think is a good thing. The support staff must be great at their jobs. Preferable if asst manager has worked with manager previously. I am still happy with McNally running the show.
We've got cash in the bank, a decent squad with good character. Make the right signings and loans, shift a few who want out.
Then we need hard work, right attitude, team spirit/chemistry, strengthen in critical positions in January, and Premier league here we come! And some long overdue good luck, please.
