I'll back this up with a similar example. Frankie was on a maiden horse once, which was a

dead cert

(this is only in the last 5 years). It was in an 8 runner field and the horse was 1/66 in odds

It won, but by a length, it only just won. Imagine putting your mortgage on it at 1/66 (200k) and only winning ?200......................... by a length !

Now................imagine valuing 11/8 as a serious rumour to whether Malky is joining us?
