Best pubs and bars in Norwich?

I'm staying in the fine city with my better half this weekend and wondered what the best pubs and bars in the city centre currently are? I have a few in mind that I've been to in the past, but it's been a couple of years since I was last in Norwich and so I thought I would consult the wrath.

Ideally somewhere with a chilled atmosphere (during day) that we can sit and chat for a couple of hours; decent grub and outside seating a bonus. Anyone?
