Why compare his budget at Celtic with a team in the Prem

Compared with the other teams in the SPL for the last 2 seasons his wages and transfer budget has been massive. His wage budget must be over 10 times bigger than all the other teams his side plays against.

He therefore IMO has had "mega riches"

In theory he will have the same with us next season in the Champs if he gets the job. It would certainly be intresting to see how he got on and would be even more intresting if we went up where he would have one of the lowest budgets.
