Then go online on a free site called gardenlaw got some really clever people on there. I bought a plot last year only to find when I applied for title the vendors only owned two thirds of the land. You would think pretty straight forward solicitor mistake no chance six months in no further forward. Guy on gardenlaw goes by the name of pilman has been more use them solicitors so much so I am going to bung him a few quid when it is sorted.
