is it worth fighting a speeding ticket by going to court?

I was speeding

But I would not have been prosecuted if in a car

I was in a car derived van but over 2t so classed as goods vehicle - even though i had nothing in it at the time

The van was rented and they didn't tell me it was 10mph less than speed limit

No sticker in van to say 60mph not 70mph

if it was a 3t camper van they wouldn't have done me

should I just stop whinging and pay ?100 and get 3 points?
