I don't wish him any bad and hope he does well in the future because he's a good guy, but at the same time if he stumbles into another prem job and fails I won't be feeling sympathetic towards him. That's mostly because instead of accepting his portion of the blame he was more interested in putting himself over by declaring that he would have kept us up, hence all of the nonsensical views that have been created by the people that you mentioned.
