Club statement-

"The Board were impressed with how Neil and his coaching team stepped into the breach at such short notice and galvanised the players and the club so effectively. We have interviewed a number of candidates for the job as Head Coach but firmly believe that Neil's passion for this football club and his understanding of Norwich City makes him the stand out applicant. He will be assisted in his role by 'x' who becomes Director of Football with immediate effect. 'X' will be responsible for all non-coaching matters, focusing on player recruitment and administration, thus leaving Neil and his team able to focus soley on coaching and getting this great club back to where it belongs, the Barclays Premier League".
