from a hobby investment point of view we are now perfect

no debt to buy so just pay off delia et al and put some cash in for transfers etc.

Ipswich on the other hand.... any investor would need to afford the 80m of debt too before any transfer funds are available. unless of course Marcus feels very generous and rights it all off :P
