His ego got the better of him

Upon leaving us. I've no doubt he will go onto become a great manager but for him to try and build a team in the PL with all the expectancy a club like Villa has was always going to be difficult. Right man wrong time for them. I can see him back in the Championship though although Celtic will be a his job at some point ;-)
