Opportunity for CHANGE

We have enough jokes at our expense as it is, but yet we do seem pretty keen on 'keeping it in the family'.

Appointing a manager because he has/had ties with us smacks of our 'little ole Norwich' mentality (at times). I don't care if a manager has never been to Norwich, as long as he is the best manager for the club, not only to get us promoted again but keep us there AND progressing as a team.

I don't ask for much do I? :)
